THE WHOLENESS BLUEPRINT IS A HEALING COLLECTIVE FOR THE CHILDREN OF EMOTIONALLY HARMFUL MOTHERS.

In this peer support space — which was created and is curated by Masters-level therapist, coach, PhD student, and daughter continuously healing from the pain of a broken maternal relationship, Emily Ballard — we are actively supporting each other in healing from unique pain of maternal abuse, rejection and relational trauma.

We do this by sharing with each other, through writing and sometimes through videos, about our experiences. We show up here when we need support, when we have the capacity to offer support to others, and when we want to bear witness and seek kinship from those traveling a similar path — a path that few (if any) of us we have chosen.

The space is intended to feel alive; interact as much as feels good for you. Some people will use the space every day, where others might pop in only once in awhile to get what they need, and take that healing into the world.

There is no singular way to “correctly” use this space — there is only the way in which it serves us each most.
